Professional Curiosity and Professional Boundaries (Level 2/3)

This course will explore Professional Curiosity and the confidence to explore and understand what is happening around the adult and potentially their family. In relation to Professional Boundaries the session will include the importance of professional boundaries and the professional-client relationship. The course will cover:
- Communication skills
- Listening skills
- Presumption and Assumptions
- Professional challenges
- Multi-agency working and information sharing
- Safeguarding Adult Reviews and Lessons to learn.
- Rules and limits of professional boundaries
- Top tips in managing boundaries
